I'm here with my first Kamigawa Neon Dynasty Draft! I'm really looking forward to playing with this new set and I start off with drafting Gruul Modifiers. The goal of this deck is to have modifications on your creatures which could include counters, Auras or Equipment. Let's give Neon Dynasty a ride and see what happens!
