What if we not only allowed wish boards but what if the cards you got from those wish boards were completely random? Do we try to recreate that random card mechanic popular in digital card games in our own paper Commander?
As long as your playgroup is cool with you using "Rule Zero" to utilize a wish board, you can have a lot of fun with this deck. In this list, you'll find all the cards that allow you to wish for something from outside the game. Burning Wish and Mastermind's Acquisition are great examples. We also pack a bunch of other 'random' effects like Mind's Dilation and Deadbridge Chant.
We also run some more standard card draw and a good amount of fixing and ramp because the idea is to not have every single thing we do be random, but rather when we make a big play that they can have a variety of outcomes. As a result of this plan, this deck sort of comes down to what you choose to pack your wish board with. (Which should be at least 30 cards considering the different wish cards get different types of cards). I suggest packing the board with big fun effects, less sideboard-like, and more win-the-game- type.
The bottom line is if you don't want to know what you're about to play but want it to be something super fun and powerful, this could be the deck for you!
