Marisi finally brings the Goad mechanic to the forefront, and boy, does this deck take advantage of it! The core of the deck has us running smaller creatures that are really hard to block, either because they have some sort of landwalk or even better, shadow. Once we can get players goaded, they ought to be easy to attack into in future turns, since they'll be likely tapped from attacking. We get the luxury of keeping our planeswalkers a bit safer since others have to attack elsewhere. And we're certainly running a few cards to make combat more dangerous for everybody, assuming we'll be attacked the least!
